My dog and I are fairly new clients. We're very impressed so far. I was glad they book a lot of time for new clients with a standard exam, because we had tons of questions (my wife and I are new dog parents who adopted an adult dog whose medical history we didn't really know). They very patient answering our questions and helped us feel a lot more confident. Only a few days after our first appointment, my dog had an unexpected health issue.
