The Payson Sally Beauty Supply has the most unfriendly, snooty, and rude employees I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. If you go there you will not get a smile, or a thank you. The lady that waited on me acted like it was a total bother to have to help me. She told me that I could return any of my items as long as I didn't open the packaging. The next day after discovering I made a mistake on one of the items I purchased, the same emmployee told me that the sale was final. She wouldn't let me exchange it even with the package unopened.
