What a joke, I only went there because my mother liked him. We went there to get our weding rings and thought we picked something good at a fair price! Ha!! Traded in the original bridal set for a 'Better" ring, the center stone had a huge flaw so asked him to replace it and raise the center stone. Picked it up way later than promised and didnt even get a phone call to let us know it was ready. Later after going to Dalzell in Crystal lake found out that not only was the stone replaced with a bad one it wasnt even close to what the first ring was worth! I do
