In late FEB - early MARCH 2010, I dropped off a handgun to be refinished and was told it would take 3-5 weeks for the work to be completed. On or about 18 JUNE 2010, I contacted the ATTORNEY GENERAL of OHIO in regards to non-performance and my phone calls not being returned. Up until about 18 MAY 2010 (my last contact with business) I heard excuses to include...(1) bad weather froze my door shut, the business is in a residence, am I to believe he was frozen out of his home? (2) Hurt his back and unable to work (3) my handgun wasaccording to him)
