Dr. Peruvemba treated lower back pain twice with no helpful diagnostic results or pain relief. Dr. Hough suggested lower back procedure to treat upper body pain when pain symptom severity and location changed. Office staff communicated that Dr. Hough would not prescribe medication requested by experienced rheumatologist, even though patient/doctor agreement at this office states that all "pain"-related prescriptions need to go through him.
