If you are looking for a place that is cheap, somewhat decent, you can fix things yourself and can stand disrespectful neighbors... then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place that you are respected, treated well by the staff, and an apartment that is healthy-- then this is NOT the place for you. The long and the short of it: You get what you pay for and here, all you get is a roof over your head, heat and water... after that you are on your own.
