This facility does not deserve any stars. Today was my first time ever and most not all of the crew were very unprofessional and very rude. The process takes so long to even get to the back and not due to being understaffed but due to the employees are on their own time. I would not ever return but unfortunately they said you have to come back again in order for them to be able to use your first plasma donation. They cannot use the first donation unless you return within 14 days and redonate again. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Only after I complained about
