It has been over 2 weeks since I last visited this car wash. I paid for a wash with my card, the transaction completed, and I got a receipt. Only as I entered the car wash, after paying for it first, The typhoon machine would not turn on. So after I left the car wash, with a dirty vehicle, I've made repeated attempts to contact the owner with the # given on the building, there is no answer or return phone call so i can get a refund. Does anyone know how I would get a refund?
