i went into petsmart to look at the animals and the most friendly and warm young lady came up to me and asked me if i needed any help. i informed her i was interested in a cat, and she informed me that the weekends were when the humane society of escondido had a gal with a number of cats there to adopt. i believe her name was emily and her enthusiasm and knowledge just about knocked my socks off. i am sure she wasnt't older than 19 or 20 and you could tell she just loved her job and the animals she cared for. after about 15 minutes she had another customer and she was ju
