This place sucks! They CHARGE you all kinda fee's if you have less than a 700 credit score. You have to have an 800 credit score if you want to lease with them. If you lease an apartment, you have to give them $250 dollar application fee and if you are approved you have to pay another $400 dollars for a risk assessment for your credit score. No matter if you had paid your rent on time. Before you even talk with them, you better ask them about all the hidden costs before you even try to rent from them. I had gotten approved, but refused to pay any more money to them.
