How can an owner of a childcare facility LIE to families, teachers and most importantly CHILDREN? There isn't a legally qualified Director on the property! and Miss Reignas business License is still on display in the front office. There isn't a new "owner" and she, the "owner" of the less desirable Stinker Towns is not the acting Director, which we were led to believe!Its a downward spiral spinning out of control, nothing but doom~n~gloom from here!
