My husband bought me a spa package for my birthday. I decided to use it on New Years Eve. First of all the massage equipment that the owner uses is cheap. The face cradle was painful. The massage therapist was nice, but I couldn't focus on the massage because my face was hurting. She kept trying to adjust the apparatus, but it didn't work.
