Their prices are about the only thing they have going for them and that's if you don't mind a unit on the second floor. The woman running the office is very hit and miss so watch yourself if she's had a bad day because she'll let you know after she's taken it out on you. One other good thing is that they do offer a forklift with a basket on it so if you are on the second floor, moving will be a little easier but it's only available until 5 pm and once it hits about 4:30, hope you're done or you get to listen to the driver gripe at you for that last 30 min.
