We have adopted a special method of washing and packing our sweet potatoes in a small vegetable machine and size them up by hand before placing them in custom designed boxes. We’re a third generation, family-owned and operated sweet potato farm located in Four Oaks, North Carolina—the largest sweet potato producing county in North America.
