At first thought this company was greatest thing since sliced bread. A technician came to my small downtown office the same day called, took the crashed computer to their nearby office, and returned it the next morning with the lost data retrieved, all for the great low price of $49! From then on out though the charges got bigger, the service poorer, and the attitude much, much worse. Most recently hired them to optimize my personal computer, which they agreed to do for $149 on site. Technician came and refused to do any work until I was there to pay for it, although told I
