Let me start this by describing my house, we have 4 cats 2 dogs and white carpets. We have tried every home remedy possible with little results. I thought we would have to rip out the carpet and start over on the floors. The scheduling was easy, the technician was prompt and friendly and I am stunned by how good our carpet looks. It actually looks new. I can't believe all the spots I were permanent carpet stains are gone. Our ten year old carpet looks and smells brand new again. I wish I would have called earlier, but I will be calling again.
