We bought a stereo/TV system from them, roughly $5000, the guys had to come back several times for various issues, I don't even remember what they all were. Finally, after about 8 months the receiver started making staticky noises, like a radio with bad reception, loud and very annoying. This kept getting worse, of course, so we called; it took HT weeks to finally come by and pick it up. They said we should be eternally grateful to them for giving us a loaner receiver.
