On top of the fact that it seems like this store is only open over the strangest hours and days (some schedule they have - wish my work week was as plush) it was extemely difficult to work with this store on a special order. The order was only special because none of them knew thier product. We had seen a product in the store (three of saw it at three different times) and when I asked about ordering one, they looked at me like I had three heads. The process to get the order in took over a month as they never return phone calls or emails in the time period they pro
