The gym is ok. That is, until I moved and had to cancel my membership. Basically you have to jump through hoops to get this done. It took several phone calls over the course of many months before anyone would even tell me how to cancel my membership. Then I had to send a certified letter stating that I wanted to cancel my membership to a third party.
