I've enjoyed the food on these programs at different times over the last few years in different cities (they are in Denver, Seattle (http://www.Zoneseattle.net), San Francisco (http://www.Zonesanfrancisco.com) and I think Los Angeles (http://www.Zone-la.com). It's not like other programs where you get a week or a month's worth of frozen or freeze dried food...Zone Denver sends FRESH gourmet food several times every week you are on the program...I really like the food, and I don't really have the time to shop for the groceries, so I love the convenience. And it helped me los
