This all started around January 2012 when my heat stopped working. On 1/16/12 I called Apple Air Conditioning and heating to fix my HVAC. On 1/17/12 Apple responded and attempted to fix the problem, it appeared they fixed the problem for now. I was charged. As soon as the technician left the heat did not work again. The same technician returned again and explained that because I have multiple zones the system does not work properly and that he would make it one zone.
