I placed an custom order for a Wesley Allen iron bed in early August of 2010 at the Manchester store. I was told the order could take anywhere from 6 - 12 weeks. At the beginning of November I called to check the status of my order. I got the run-around for 3 weeks before finally being told there was a mix up with shipping, and my bed may be in the Portsmouth store. My husband and I went to Portsmouth and found out it wasn't our bed, or anything like what we had ordered. They just happened to have a queen-sized bed in the store, and thought we might like it.
