Dr. Farnum is very friendly and good at his job. His billing department is HORRIBLE. In April of last year I had an epidural steroid injection done by Dr. Farnum. Dr. Farnum is an out of network provider and he assured me that he would accept what was paid by my insurance company as payment in full. The claim was submitted EIGHT months after my procedure and Ethel, in his billing department, will not accept the check from the insurance company as payment in full.
