The worst and possibly most arrogant sales force I have come across in my lifetime. Went into the store and wanted to buy an iphone. I have had the early version, and have an ipad, macbook pro and apple g5 tower. I work on macs all day long, I have all my tunes, apps, programs on them and wanted the iphone 4 to upgrade and simply go on my way. Two arrogant sales guys stood behind the counter and instantly started into the "why do you want an iphone - they're basically cr#@".
