My son left BHM AL in route to Peoria Illinois 2 days ago. Should have been 16 hour trip. Last conversation with him he was in Ohio. OMG! Could not get anyone to answer phone in BHM, Cincinatti or Indianapolis station. Contacted Dallas corp office and spoke to F. Walker. She took my number and called me back in less than 15 minutes and let me know my son had been put up in a hotel due to bus delay, is fine and should arrive at his original destination in a couple hours. She did more for me in 15 minutes than anyone did in 2 days. The 800 customer service number
