I have known Sarah Benson for the last 9 years. I first met her when my son (age 6) was experiencing separation anxiety. What I learned and surprised me greatly was that I was a major factor in my son's anxiety. Sarah guided me how to let go a little at a time and give my son and I the skills for him to have the opportunity and guidance to be more independent. It was an incredibly helpful experience even though I had no clue that I was part of my son's problem. Sarah is always truthful and honest, even if it's not what you want to hear. What's the point
