SLUMLORD MANAGEMENT COMPANY! They are supposed to be managing a detention basin in Chateau Woods subdivision in Conroe, and the detention basis is in absolutely horrendous condition. Every time you call, they say they "will look into it" and never do anything. The pump has been broken for months, the basin in overgrown with trees, weeds and underbrush, the spill way has over 4 ft. high weeds. Breeding ground for mosquitoes and maybe West Nile virus, snakes, etc. Would not recommend using this company.
