When it comes to student housing in Greenville, copper beech town homes could possibly be your worst choice. These units were thrown up in less than a month's time by a team of immigrant labor that was rushed the entire way. The units fall apart rapidly, counters peel up, nails pop out of walls and everything was obviously built with inferior materials. After me and my 3 other roommates moved out of our town home which had NO damage (besides what occurred naturally and we reported) we received $0 back from our combined $1676 deposit.
