Cathy Stevens AKA The Portland Psychic was just arrested by Multnomah Co. on 3 felony theft charges for conning her more sensitive clients out of tens of thousands of dollars. Using threats of harm and bad things to come to those who did not fork over thousands via their credit cards, Stevens finally was stoped on 1/25 by the cops. Her Gypsy family is well known in the SoCal area for scamming.
