We are on automatic delivery but have not had a delivery. We checked the gauge and noticed that it was just below 1/4 tank on the 20th. I emailed on the 20th, called on the 22nd after no response. We were told a ticket was in for the next day. No one came. We called again on the 23rd, 24th, 26th and 27th and got the same response, "ticket in" We have now using our fireplace insert as a primary heat source as the gauge now says less than 1/16 of a tank.
