I really do love this location. I have a pretty easy time making appointments, I usually have to call in at least a week in advance to get my massage therapist since she's the best there. Although I agree that they have "young adults" working there but not all of them are bad. I had an issue with this location recently BUT the owner and manager there, really listen to what I had to say and definitely made things right. I love this location.
