My son dropped his Trumpet and the #3valve stopped moving. I callled the Horn Hospital because my son was performing in four days with the Jr.High band. I droppped off the Trumpet, they called the next day with an estimate and I had the Horn back three days after I dropped it off. My son says it plays just as good as before it was dropped. The estimate was for $80. and that's all it cost. That included a complete cleaning and lube too. The repairman Paul said if we ever have trouble with that valve again the repair was guarenteed.
