I had hired Bello Plumbing & Heating to do some plumbing repair work that required opening up walls and pulling up the kitchen floor. Upon completion of the plumbing, obviously the floor and the walls were supposed to be replaced. The walls and the floor were installed in a slipshod manner - the previous floor was only partially removed and the new floor was laid on top resulting in it not only being uneven but bubbling up from the subfloor.
