First off, they only got 1 star because I didn't have the option for anything less. Rented a trailor and the IPass I used didn't register the trailors plate so the tolls were charged to Rte 14 Rental. They in turn charged me $89 on my credit card without even calling first. The disreputable part about this is, according to the Illinois Tollway whom I spoke with, they HAVE and IPass account and only paid $9, but charged my credit card for they $89 that showed on the notice.
