no communication with homeowner at all. bob and ray acted as if they were doing a favor rather than a paid job. a job that was supposed to be completed in 1 day took almost 3 weeks because they were unprepared- parts not ordered in a timely fashion and despite numerous visits prior to installation date, plans were nonexistant. save your money for a company that delivers instead of delays and dodges!
