I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and then I called the phone and some lady with an attitude came. She had no idea what I was talking about when referring to common boat parts I needed repaired and so I was going to simply leave without making a big deal. As I was trying to hook my boat up to leave some crazy short guy rounds the corner, hops into the back of my boat and starts opening the engine compartment.
