The staff is very polite and friendly. They are right there monitoring your progress. When you have an injury and need therapy it's nice that they work with you and don't set you up and walk away and forget about you. The atmosphere and environment is very comfortable. If you start to sweat someone is there watching and brings you a towel. In today's world it is hard to find people who truly care for you and are concerned about your progress.
