I have been Bartending since 1982 when I enrolled in a class at Dover Air Force Base, the class was taught by a great man who has since died. His name was Mr. Al Brown. I learned everything that I could in his 6 week class. He taught us that no matter if you are working in a tiny one room bar or in an upscale club that you must always be professional.
