since walking into the establishment i had a wierd vibe from the staff, especially the receptionist. Dr. Judd seems like an ok guy, but he is not a presence (and it's his business!?). I had billing issues that was not my fault but the receptionist and others tried to pass the buck. What ever happened to the customer is always right? anyway, I'm not going back and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone else. There are a lot of dentists out there.
