First and last time I order from this place. This was for someone truly special who was turning 60 years old. On April 27, 2010, spoke to this "Hispanic" woman on the phone and explained that I wanted: Abundance of Roses 18 Roses - Available in all colors. Item #F-129 as it was displayed on their web site. She told me all those arrangements were really cheap quality and that she could send something better if I paid more. I said 'sure' but make sure it looks just like that item and that the roses are good quality. I also asked for 2 balloo
