Did not get a receipt when I paid the man and later found out that I needed one to submit to my insurance for reimbursement. Celled the gentleman for a receipt to be faxed to my office. Told me he was on the road to call back at 8 AM. Have called every day for a week with no answer. Finally decided to call him from a different # and he answered on the first ring. Got nasty and belligerent when I asked if he could write down the fax # and send me a receipt at his earliest convenience. Sorry if it ruins your day to do your job, I didn't think it was an unreasonable re
