Called about a car this morning. Told the "sales Manager" we would be there in about an hour...(that was the DRIVE TIME) to look at the van. Upon arriving we took the van for a test drive, and told the sales rep we would like to purchase the van, and went over our plans with him for our trade in. Upon parking the van in the lot again, another customer showed interest in the same van, we heard the other sales rep say "lets see what happens".
