I've have been taking Karate at Five Towns Karate for 10 years. All lessons are taught by the owner of the school Master Daniel Segarra -he loves karate and he is an expert teacher using patience and humor and individualizing the instructions to meet the strengths and weakness of each student-he is especially good with kids. Each class provides you with a great cardiovascular workout and it is also fun. Finally it gives each student a chance to build up self esteem by learning the art of self defense. Kids are discouraged from using Karate other than for self defense.
