When it comes on to" HAIR CARE" you have go to Fedelia's she is the best in town. My hair was breaking and since I started going to Fedelia's my hair has grown so much . She also specialize in Dudley's Product. When you leave her Salon you feel like a completely different person She is very accommodating as well. You have to go there!!!! She is the best!!!!
