AA Dependable appliance service of Clinton, MD came to my home and fixed my refrigerator. The technician was very courteous and fast, but the company did not disclose their $74.50 service call fee. I only found out about it after the technician was half way finished with the repairs. I called and the Manager was not courteous at all when I asked him to explain the fee and what it entailed.
