The place double booked our birthday party even though I booked 2 weeks prior. Did they call...no! Then when I arrived they told me I couldn't go to the pavilion because they accidentally double booked us. So our party starts at a later time, did they give us a discount ...a free game, or ride...no! When I asked I was told I could take my party elsewhere if I didn't like it! Then the kids all got soaked in the un-maintained bounce house that was full of water from the rain the night before. Then the kids got stuck in the rope tower because there was no attenda
