I have been trying for over one year to get them to honor their guarantee and repair the damaged cabinets, doors, draws, pull-outs, counters without success. I call the store, leave a message for Harry (the owner) to call me which he NEVER does. If I'm fortunate enough to actually get him on the phone, he'll say "I'm with a customer, I'll call you right back" - again, he NEVER does. The worst customer service ever.
