3CM Stone in Tualatin gave us the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. My husband and I both work as professionals in sales and understand costumer service so we have to remark on how utterly unprofessional this company is! The communication about the job was poor and they literally don't understand basic design and follow the installation guidelines that most tile installers understand. When questioned about the job they get very defensive and fought with our contractor who they were having a personal falling out with and let it affect our job. In
