AVOID SCIUGA BUILDERS!! Please avoid these builders at all costs- the houses are poorly constructed and the builders have no respect for the home buyers, especially Military home buyers. We trusted that because we are people of integrity that the builders would be people of integrity as well. Sadly, the poor attitudes of the builders in conjunction with their lack of personal integrity and unwillingness to stand by their construction has become a buyer%u2019s nightmare!
