The staff at this office, especially the front office receptionist are the rudest most inconsiderate people I've ever met! The take personal calls while you are trying to check in or out. They leave you on hold forever. They talk badly and out loud about difficult patients. Actually the whole staff is rude. When you call in for a prescription refill or test result, no one ever gets back to you. When you go in for a follow up because their course of treatment hasn't worked, they don't believe you. They all need personality checks!
